Installed this in my EP3 last weekend and the difference is night and day. The billet aluminum feels incredibly solid compared to the flimsy factory plastic arm, and all that annoying play in the shifter is completely gone now.

The CNC machining is so precise it slid right into my EP3 shifter box with zero modification. That billet 6061 aluminum feels incredibly solid compared to the stock plastic arm, and all the slop is completely gone. Shifting is now crisp and direct just how it should be.
