Finally got around to test fitting these bends for a custom downpipe—the 130-110 transition is exactly what I needed. The mandrel bending kept the inner diameter smooth throughout, so flow shouldn't be an issue.

Used the 35 degree bend to route a downpipe around the steering shaft and the fit was spot on. Mandrel bends stayed smooth with no kinks even after welding, and the 304 took a polish nicely. Way cheaper than piecing it together from offcuts.

The 304 stainless is thick walled and took my TIG welds beautifully without any burn through on the 35 degree J bend. I used the U bend to route around the rear subframe and the mandrel sections stayed perfectly round through the whole cut and weld. Way cheaper than buying pre-made sections.
